With her calm and matter-of-fact attitude, she can address issues promptly and effectively, including tenant applications, inquiries, and even evictions if necessary. As a people person, she prioritizes communication and ensuring that tenants feel heard and understood. Iyonia is an efficient and skilled office manager with a focus on tenant management. 

 Rachel is our accountant and an integral part of our team. She has a degree in accounting and several years of experience in financial management. Rachel is highly skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and is always up-to-date with the latest industry standards and regulations. She is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Rachel is a great communicator and collaborator, and she works closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available to inform decision-making. Her contributions have been invaluable in helping our organization achieve its financial goals .

 Jared is our bookkeeper, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and documented. He has a keen eye for detail and is skilled in the use of accounting software and tools. Jared is meticulous in his work and is committed to ensuring the financial health of our organization. He is also a great communicator and works closely with our team to keep them informed about the financial status of our company.  Janice is a highly organized and efficient secretary who keeps our office running smoothly. With her exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills, she is always on top of tasks and able to manage multiple projects at once.
